Construction Process

At the construction site, the prefabricated elements are delivered and sorted to be available in the right sequence for maximum efficiency.

The system allows for "simultaneous" tasks to be completed during the construction process, allowing for very fast executions times.

The process starts with the installation of 2 walls, usually on a corner of the building, then the process develops following a spiral clockwise sequence.

The bonding is done over the entire length of two adjacent elements. Thus, a strong and rigid joint between the elements is achieved. If done according to the standards, the bonding principle of composite laminates can be compared to welded metal sheets. Hence, why the bonding principle is also known as "cold welding".

The waterproof element panels are also used as the roof system with a simple application of a roof mastic product, so there is no need for cumbersome traditional waterproofing systems.

The construction is a very clean process generating a minimum of waste when compared with other systems.

After assembling the structure, the building is equipped with installations and finished like conventional buildings, with the exception of some special principles (e.g. installation of plumbing and electrical lines, special materials have to be used for gluing tiles and finishing walls). Doors and windows can also be bonded depending on the material they are made of.
